Our Hotel is located on the corner between the square Piazza Piave and the Lungarno della Zecca Vecchia riverside, right in front of the Tower of the Old Mint. We are part of the Santa Croce quarter, a few steps away from the Santa Croce church, one of the most important and beautiful churches of the city, in Gothic style, where many famous florentine artists are buried, among others Michelangelo and Galileo.
The Santa Croce quarter is one of the most lively and fashionable of the town, full of restaurants, bars and cafés, where Guests can try the typical Fiorentina beefsteak or just an aperitivo or a brunch.
The Santa Croce quarter is also famous for Leather tradition: by the church there is a Leather School, and all around the square there are shops of leather goods.
From Santa Croce our Guests can easily reach all the historical centre : Signoria and Uffizi museum, Old Bridge and the Duomo in a few minutes walk.
